Cookie policy
How this website uses cookies.
Effective date: 15 October 2026. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
What are cookies?
This cookie policy explains what cookies are and how we use them, the types of cookies we use, the information we collect using cookies, how that information is used, and how to manage the cookie settings.
Cookies are small text files that are used to store small pieces of information. They are stored on your device when the website is loaded on your browser. These cookies help us make the website function properly, make it more secure, provide a better user experience, understand how the website performs and analyse what works and where it needs improvement.
Clinical records are described in the privacy notice. This page is only about the website.
How do we use cookies?
Like most online services, our website may use first-party and third-party cookies for several purposes. First-party cookies are mostly necessary for the website to function the right way, and they do not collect any of your personally identifiable data.
The third-party cookies used in connection with our website are, if you accept optional cookies, for understanding how the website performs (Google Analytics). A cookie banner asks you to accept or reject those optional cookies before they are set. The homepage and the Find us page also include a Google map, and the assessment and referral forms are provided by Tally. Those load with the page.
Types of cookies and similar technologies we use
Your cookie choice (local storage)
Your choice of Accept or Reject is stored on your device in local storage, not as a tracking cookie. It stays in this browser so we do not ask you again on every page. Local storage is not a cookie. It is cleared if you clear site data in your browser.
Google Analytics
If you accept optional cookies we load Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, including which pages they view. Google Analytics is provided by Google and sets cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors. We do not load Google Analytics, and those cookies are not set, unless you press Accept. See Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Google Maps
The homepage and the Find us page include a map from Google. The map loads when you open the page, and Google may set cookies. This is not part of the Accept or Reject choice. See Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Assessment and referral forms (Tally)
The form patients use to request an assessment, and the form dentists use to refer a patient, are provided by Tally. Each loads when you open that page, so the form can be completed and sent. Tally may set cookies needed for the form to work. This is not part of the Accept or Reject choice. See Tally's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Typefaces
Pages load the typeface from Adobe Fonts. Your browser contacts that service when a page opens.
Google reviews
When reviews are shown, they are fetched by our own server. Your browser does not contact Google for them, so they do not set a Google cookie.
Manage cookie preferences
On your first visit a banner asks you to accept or reject optional cookies. Your choice is stored on your device (local storage), not as a tracking cookie. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change it. Rejecting optional cookies stops Google Analytics from loading and removes those cookies this site can reach. The Google map and the assessment and referral forms are not part of that choice.
You can also change the settings of your browser to block or delete cookies. Listed below are the links to the support documents on how to manage and delete cookies from the major web browsers.
